Holiday Inn Express Chicago NW - Arlington Heights, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. Customer service was a 5 star acting. The receptionist was very helpful and welcome my family and I with open arms.

The service from the person that booked us in was excellent as was was the breakfast. When I brought up a room problem we were moved to a business class room overall great experience for first time in Illinois.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel, but it's all the little touches that make it such a nice place to stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Two levels of footrest in the shower to aid with washing and/or shaving. Kleenexes. Slightly bigger fridge than you usually get. A Keurig in the room instead of one of those old school coffee pots. Powerful air conditioning. Functioning power outlets in every lamp. And nothing extra in the price for any of these comforts. Very quiet as well. They even let us check in early when we got into town ahead of schedule.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had an early flight out of O’hare, and the hotel was within 15 minutes of the airport, and a very easy drive.

Amazing breakfast, including hot cinnamon rolls! Beds are comfortable and shower is great!
